If you have an issue with the application then we may have some information to help you. See our list below for more information.

Artist Announcments

When new acts are announced for V Festival they will not appear in the app straight away, they will however be listed in the news section and Twitter section.

Keeping Updated

Ensure the app is up to date, new features and new acts will be added frequently so having the most up-to-date version of the app will ensure you get all the latest news and announcements.

Why Are Artist Images Failing To Load?

This could be the result of one of two problems, either you do not have an active data connection over GPRS (standard mobile signal), EDGE, 3G or WiFi or there is a problem on our servers causing images not to load.

Solution: Ensure you have an active connection by closing the application, opening Safari and going to http://www.google.com, if Google loads then your connection is fine and the issue is at our end, in which case please allow a few minutes and try again.

I'm Unable To Load Any Artist Bio or Gallery

This is often caused by a lack of internet connection on your device or a problem on our server. For a solution see "Why Are Artist Images Failing To Load?"

Twitter Not Loading...

Twitter is one of the most unpredictable website online (or offline) and as a result can have an affect on application using their service. If you come across a problem where tweets in any of the sections fail to load then this is most likely a problem at Twitter's end.

Solution: Please wait a few minutes and try again.

Why Don't I Show In The Fan Section?

If you're tweets are not appearing in "Fan Tweets" please ensure that your tweets meet the following criteria...

• Contain the phrase V Festival, #vfest or vfest
• Are written in English
• Your Twitter account is not set to private

The Artist Facebook, Last.fm, Twitter, Website or iTunes Link Don't Work!

How Do I Unsave My Password?

To unsave your password simply post something to Twitter leaving the "Save Password" box unticked.
